A luxury take on the concept of a "house brand", Glasses Ltd. in Chicago saw a void in the market and filled it with something a little extra special. Not the usual "pick six styles from a catalog, stamp your name on it and call it your own 'collection'", Zachary Bernard was born out of a love for eyewear and a desire to offer only the best to their luxury customers. If you're putting your name to something, it should be about more than huge margins and an easy sell, and Zach and Bernie Winitz wanted to offer a product on par with their high-end stores and the luxury collections they currently stock, and ready-made styles out of China were not going to cut it. With handmade buffalo frames that offer styles from classic to quirky, the bold and unique frames live up to the house they are named after and represent the level of quality and sophistication that Glasses Ltd. customers have come to expect from their favorite local optician. A great example of how eyewear should be approached and appreciated, I only wish some of my favorite fashion houses would have this same level of self-respect. Le sigh...

Because it's Sunday and I should be reading the paper in bed wearing nothing but this frame, here's the perfect little round spectacle for everyday wear.
